Grand National Meeting - Day Two

Aintree 14:20 - There are question marks as to whether WADE OUT has the class to mix it in this company having been beaten out of sight at Cheltenham early in the year over this trip, but dropped back to a class 4 hurdle at Wetherby the last day and he put in a completely different performance, winning by 19 lengths under top weight. Debuting in this class 1 handicap hurdle today with this level of opposition brings with it unknowns, but carrying 10-11 with Sean Bowen onboard also brings with it some curiosity.
Running every month from November through to February he's now had a break throughout March and looks poised for a good run.

Dan Skelton hit the cross bar with many runners yesterday and it feels like it's only a matter of time before he gets a winner at the meeting. That could come in the form of LISTENTOYOURHEART. Harry Skelton on Be Aware looks like a decision made by design as the very capable Harry Atkins takes a further 7lbs off the back of Listentoyourheart which, after a fair run at Kelso, must make her competitive here.
